Mission Ambassadors: Valladolid towards Climate Neutrality by 2030
Ambassadors play a key role in Valladolid's Mission to achieve climate neutrality by 2030

alladolid is one of the 100 cities selected by the European Commission to be part of the mission ‘100 Smart and Climate Neutral Cities in 2030’ to be a driving force and inspiration for other cities.

During this process of implementing the European Cities Mission, Valladolid City Council has made a commitment, among many other things, to promote the city's transformation towards climate neutrality through a City Climate Agreement.

This agreement is open to the adhesion of any actor (public or private), institutions, administrations, and any other entity that wants to support and contribute to the achievement of the city's climate neutrality objective.

These actors have been called ‘Ambassadors’, and are allies who play a key role in this mission. Some of their commitments to the Valladolid Mission are:

  •   O Offer support and facilitate the deployment of actions that can contribute to Valladolid's climate neutrality objective

  •       Inform, disseminate and raise awareness among its stakeholders about climate neutrality and its benefits for the people

  •      Dedicate efforts and resources to participate and work actively in seeking and developing actions that have a positive impact on Valladolid's climate neutrality.

  •      Contribute innovative solutions, always within the framework of its activity and specialisation, to the different expressions of interest, calls or public-private collaboration processes promoted by Valladolid City Council towards the climate neutrality of the city.

Currently, Valladolid Mission has more than thirty ambassadors, and it is always open to receive new members and collaborators... Do you want to be part of the change?
