The TIMMIS program will be carried out in partnership with the EYLO Association for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Leadership, and Opportunities. This non-profit organization was established in the context of this European regional development project led by the University of Valladolid. TIMMIS aims to generate innovative business models and foster entrepreneurial talent as a pathway to economic development in the region.

On this ocassion, the call is open to all individuals over the age of 18, preferably from the city of Valladolid, who can apply for a free spot in TIMMIS by visiting https://timmis.es/ to participate in the TIMMIS Valladolid 24-25 experience. The first gathering will bring the team together on November 7 and 8 at Vega Sicilia Street, 2 bis, the headquarters of the Agency for Innovation.

Team Talent

With this initiative, the Agency for Innovation aims to develop, attract, and retain entrepreneurial talent, promote innovation and new business models, encourage entrepreneurship (especially among young people), and attract investment to the city of Valladolid.

The program consists of two phases:

  • In the first phase, starting in November, participants will be organized into teams to generate ideas

  • In the second phase, from January to April 2025, participants will attend six training sessions where they will receive guidance on bringing their ideas to life to address challenges in the municipality

The objective is to define 6 sustainable business models with an international vision for the city of Valladolid through multidisciplinary, multicultural, and inclusive work groups.

A Successful Program

More than 600 people from different ages and professional backgrounds have been involved in the TIMMIS program. Over seven years, more than 70 business models have been defined at the pre-incubation stage, and more than 50 partnerships with collaborating organizations have been established.
